This week school has been extremely busy for me. I've had a lot of projects, readings, etc, etc. Yesterday I left for school at 7- and I don't even have classes on Fridays. The joys of being a masters student!

Ashley had to work this morning, so being responsible, I went fishing. First I tried some ponds, no luck. Then I moved to the Poudre River and tried to catch a few big carp, but I was surprised when I caught a trout instead. I hooked her deep, so I kept her. I fished a little more and caught two more. Woot woot! The biggest one had a little kype (hook jaw)- definitely cool- it had been way too long since I'd seen one of them. After catching the 3 and losing a few others, I headed home. I saw a herd of deer when I was almost back to the car. Three of them had little antlers. What a great morning!
